HOW TO CONCLUDE THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products offered for sale on the website www.dreamit.shop, the User must complete the order form in electronic format and send it to Dream it Jewels di Francesca Tassinari (hereinafter, also “Seller company” or even just “Dreamit”), electronically, following the instructions and procedure indicated on the site.
The order form contains a summary of these General Conditions of Sale, information on the fundamental characteristics of the order placed by the User: information on shipping, summary of the payment and shipping method chosen, a brief summary of the purchase with the name of the item, the code and characteristics of the product, the quantity of product purchased, the taxes applied, the shipping costs and the order total. With reference to the goods purchased, these may be defined below as "goods", "products" and/or "items".
The purchase contract is concluded when DREAMIT has received, electronically, the User's order form, after verifying the correctness of the data entered, relating to the order placed and has communicated the confirmation to the User via e-mail of order. Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, the User will be asked to accept the General Conditions of Sale set out here; for this reason, the User is invited to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale, which regulate the relationship between the User and DREAMIT.
It is therefore strongly recommended that you print them, save them or, in any case, keep them. The order form will be archived in the DREAMIT database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in compliance with the legal terms. The User will be able to access their order form by consulting the "My Order" section on the site, in the event that the User has decided to purchase as a registered user and not as a simple guest.
In any case, it is advisable to purchase the products as a "registered user" in order to then access the control panel for orders relating to each registered user and to be able to control all the interactions that have taken place with the website www.dreamit.shop. Once the process of purchasing has been completed 'purchase, the company will take charge of the purchase order placed by the User; the latter will receive communications based on the progress of the order itself.
DREAMIT reserves the right not to process Users' purchase orders that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, the selling company will promptly inform the User by ordinary email that the purchase contract has not been concluded and that the company has not followed up on the purchase order. If the products presented on the site www.dreamit.shop are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last access to the site by the User or at the time of sending the order form, DREAMIT will be responsible for communicating promptly to the User and, in any case, in the thirty (30) days following the day in which the purchase order was sent, any unavailability of the products ordered.
In the event of forwarding the order form and advance payment of the total due, DREAMIT will refund the User the amount already paid, according to the deadlines and rules specified in the section dedicated to the Right of Withdrawal. By electronically transmitting the order form, the User unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in relations with DREAMIT, these General Conditions of Sale.
If the User does not agree with some of the terms set out in these General Conditions of Sale, he is invited not to forward the order form for the purchase of the products offered for sale on the website www.dreamit.shop. By sending the order form order, the User therefore confirms that he knows and accepts these General Conditions of Sale, as well as the further information contained on the website www.dreamit.shop also referred to via links, including the Privacy Policy and the conditions relating to the Right of Withdrawal.

PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCTS
The products on sale on the website www.dreamit.shop are described and presented with the precision due to the type of product, however for the safety of consumers/users and potential Users, the company: • invites Users who purchase the products to carefully check full correspondence between the information indicated online and the original label affixed to the packaging of the products sent, before opening the package itself and using the products contained in the package; • reminds Users that the product images shown or reproduced on the site are purely indicative and illustrative; the external appearance of the packaging of the purchased products may be modified by the manufacturer of the goods themselves and therefore the packaging containing the purchased products may be different from the packaging reproduced on the site.
PRICE OF PRODUCTS and TAXES APPLIED
The prices of the products offered for sale on the website www.dreamit.shop are expressed in euros and include the taxes applied to that type of product, as per the attached table:

The amount of taxes on the products purchased appears at the time of product selection by the User. In the event of changes in the rates, such changes may affect the final price of the items purchased without the need for notification to the User. Dream it Jewels by Francesca Tassinari reserves the right to change the purchase prices of the products at any time; however, the products will be paid for by the User at the price in effect at the time the order form is submitted.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
To pay the price of the products purchased and the related shipping costs, the User can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to the User according to the times and methods of the payment method chosen by the User.

SHIPPING
The products will be shipped within 14 days from the date on which the User receives the order confirmation from Dream it Jewels di Francesca Tassinari. The User will be able to track the shipment of their order via the product tracking number provided by the courier. As soon as the courier takes charge of the order, the User will receive a shipping confirmation email which will indicate the order tracking number. Shipments to Italy will be processed using the courier Bartolini, GLS or SDA. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and it will not be possible to schedule deliveries by appointment.
DELIVERIES
The indication of the order processing time is not binding for Dream it Jewels by Francesca Tassinari but absolutely indicative, therefore there may be cases in which the order processing time indicated on the site is postponed for technical-logistical needs.
PASSING OF RISK
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the User only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and other than the courier, physically takes possession of the goods.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by San Marino law regarding electronic commerce in the Italian internal market. Any dispute relating to the purchase of products will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the San Marino jurisdictional bodies. By accepting these General Conditions of Sale, the User therefore expressly agrees to renounce the jurisdiction of the judge of his residence or domicile.
REASON FOR RETURN OF PRODUCTS: UNKNOWN RECIPIENT OR WRONG ADDRESS
In the event that the recipient of the products is unknown or the address entered in the order form is incorrect, the products will be returned by the courier to the selling company. Following receipt and acceptance of the products by Dream it Jewels di Francesca Tassinari, the latter will contact the User to resend the products. Upon the second failed attempt to deliver the products, Dream it Jewels di Francesca Tassinari reserves the right to proceed unilaterally with the refund of any amount paid by the User without, therefore, being required to send the products again.
REASON FOR RETURN OF PRODUCTS: RECIPIENT " ABSENT / NOTIFIED "
In the event that the products have not been collected by the User at the courier's headquarters or at the delivery point indicated by the User within the agreed terms, Dream it Jewels by Francesca Tassinari or the courier will contact the User to proceed with a new shipment of products. Upon the second failed attempt to deliver the products or in the event that the User does not contact the courier to collect them and, in any case, in all cases in which the products have not been delivered for reasons not attributable to Dream it Jewels di Francesca Tassinari cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery or non-collection of the products and will therefore not be required to return the amount paid by the User for the purchase of the products or to send them again.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE
In all phases of access to the website www.dreamit.shop, consultation, filling out forms, execution of the order, delivery of products or any other service, Dream it Jewels by Francesca Tassinari assumes exclusively the obligations deduced herein. Dream it Jewels by Francesca Tassinari therefore declines any responsibility for inconveniences or damages resulting from the use of the Internet and/or from unprotected or insecure connections. In particular, all unforeseen events and/or damages occurring to the User relating to the connection used, external intrusions or computer viruses will in no way be attributable to Dream it Jewels by Francesca Tassinari Similarly, all unforeseen events and/or damages occurring to the User due due to "force majeure" exempts Dream it Jewels by Francesca Tassinari from any liability.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products on sale on the website www.dreamit.shop are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity recognized by the manufacturer. The legal guarantee of the product lasts 1 (one) year from delivery of the goods and must be asserted by the User, under penalty of forfeiture, within 2 (two) months from discovery of the defect. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the elements present on the site www.dreamit.shop, visual or audio, including the technology that supports them, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents: these elements are the exclusive property of Dream it Jewels by Francesca Tassinari .
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We inform our kind customers that returns are not available for personalized products, such as: mother's, father's bracelet, ring, plate, tag necklace and baby bracelet.
The User has the right to withdraw from the product purchase contract without having to provide any reason and without having to incur costs other than those provided for in the following paragraphs, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days ("Withdrawal Period") . The Withdrawal Period ends 15 days after:
a) in the case of an order relating to a single product, the day on which the User or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the User, acquires physical possession of the product itself;
b) in the case of an order relating to multiple products with separate deliveries, the day on which the User or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the User, acquires physical possession of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform DREAMIT of his decision to withdraw before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period. To this end, the User may present an explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract ("Withdrawal Declaration").
The User has exercised his right of withdrawal within the Withdrawal Period, if the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period. In the event that the User makes use of the Withdrawal Declaration, the User is invited to indicate in the Withdrawal Declaration the order number, the product(s) for which he/she intends to exercise the right of withdrawal and your address. Since the burden of proof relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period lies with the User, it is in the User's interest to make use of a durable medium when communicating his withdrawal to DREAMIT. The Declaration of Withdrawal must be sent to the following address info@dreamit.shop The User must return the products to DREAMIT, using a carrier of his/her choice and at his/her own expense, without undue delay and in any case within 15 days calendar from the date on which it communicated to DREAMIT its decision to withdraw. The deadline is respected if the User sends back the products before the expiry of the period of 15 (fifteen) days.

The direct costs of returning the products to DREAMIT are borne by the User. The instructions on exercising the right of withdrawal are made available to the User on the website www.dreamit.shop and reported in the order confirmation.
The return of the product to DREAMIT takes place under the responsibility and at the expense of the User. If the User withdraws from the contract, DREAMIT will proceed to refund the total amount due paid by the User for the purchase of the product, without undue delay and in any case no later than 15 calendar days from the day on which DREAMIT was informed of the User's decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the User will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.
The refund may be suspended until the products are received or until the User demonstrates that they have sent the products back to DREAMIT, whichever is earlier. The User is solely responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling the product other than that necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. The product must in any case be kept, handled and inspected with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, accompanied by all accessories and information sheets, with labels where present, still attached to the product or packaging, as well as perfectly suitable for its intended use and free of signs of wear or dirt. Furthermore, the withdrawal applies to the product and its packaging, in its entirety.
It cannot therefore be exercised in relation to parts and/or accessories of the product and/or packaging. In the event that the withdrawal has not been exercised in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, it will not lead to the termination of the contract and, consequently, will not give the right to any refund. DREAMIT will notify the User within 5 working days of receiving the product, rejecting the withdrawal request.
The product will remain at DREAMIT available to the User for collection which must take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the User himself. In the event that the product for which the withdrawal was exercised has suffered a decrease in value resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature and/or characteristics, the reimbursement amount will be reduced by an amount equal to this decrease in value.
DREAMIT will notify the User of the circumstance and the consequent decreased refund amount within 5 working days of receiving the product, providing the same, in the event that the refund has already been paid, the bank details for the payment of the amount due from the 'User due to the decrease in value of the product.
