SHIPMENT
The shipment of the products will take place within 30 days from the date on which the User receives the order confirmation from WTF srl. The User can track the shipment of his order using the tracking number of the products provided by the courier. As soon as the courier takes charge of the order, the User will receive a shipping confirmation email that will indicate the order tracking number. Shipments to Italy will be processed using the GLS or SDA courier. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and it will not be possible to make deliveries by appointment.
DELIVERIES
The indication of the order fulfillment time is not binding for WTF srl but absolutely indicative, therefore there may be cases in which the order fulfillment time indicated on the site is postponed for technical and logistical reasons.
PASSING OF RISK

Any dispute relating to the purchase of products will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the San Marino courts. By accepting these General Conditions of Sale, the User therefore expressly agrees to renounce the jurisdiction of the judge of their residence or domicile.
REASON FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS: UNKNOWN RECIPIENT OR WRONG ADDRESS
